The production of raw silk consisted of a reeler using their hands to make the silk, later using a reel machine where a reeler used her right hand to move the spool and her left hand to connect and throw threads. This gives raw silk its unique coarse texture. It is widely used for coats, jackets, shirts and blouses.

Minimum order: 10 meters mix or match. (1 meter = 1.094 yards)
Quality: 100% Silk. 3% shrinkage on first wash for curtains. Dry clean recommended for suits and dresses.
