Alteration, Return, and Refund
Baron Boutique is a true customization experience. Each one of our garments is custom-made by hand just for you based on your measurements, choice of fabrics, and customization requests.
Follow our measurement instructions carefully and the garments should fit perfectly. Baron Boutique offers a free try-on garment service to all our customers to help overcome alteration and fitting anxiety. A free try-on garment allows you to make fit, style, and measurement adjustments to the final garment. The price quoted for any garments on the Baron Boutique website includes free shipping worldwide for both the test garment and the final garment.
The test garment is for you to keep. You do not need to return the test garment. Baron Boutique keeps a copy of the test garment. Read the How It Works page for a detailed ordering process.
If your final garment requires fit adjustments, take them to any local tailor with our alterations form and have your adjustments made. Once your tailor fills out the alterations form, e-mail us the form along with your receipt to email@example.com for reimbursement.
We will reimburse the alteration cost. Your alteration reimbursement amount will depend on the garments being altered. The maximum limit for each garment is listed below.
Suit (2 & 3 pieces) – $50
Jackets – $35
Pants – $15
Shirts – $10
Vest – $10
If your local tailor is unable to alter your garments to meet your preferences, note the reasons on your alteration form and ship it to us. Email us photos of yourself in the garment. This will allow us to assess the current fit. Email us to firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping instructions. Customers are not limited to one-time alterations. If your body measurement changes, you can send the garment to us for alteration at any time. Alteration is free year after year. Shipping charges are applicable.
If any item purchased is damaged upon arrival, notify us within 48 hours by email or phone. Quote your order number, and we will rectify the issue immediately. If there is an issue with the quality or fabrication of your garments, email us at email@example.com to return the garment. Once the garment is received, you can request a full refund or replacement garment.
Return shipping charges incurred by the customer can only be refunded if the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Sales of all non-tailoring products, including accessories, are final. If any non-tailored product or accessory purchased is damaged upon arrival, notify us within 24 hours by email or phone. Quote your order number, and we will rectify the issue immediately.
